# Creativity and business usually cost each other something.

> Wired to Create is the creative house Anik Devaughn founded in July 2015: six people and an AI organization, what the mark means, and the press so far.

Artists sign away their work to reach an audience, and companies standardize the creativity out of what they make so it can be depended on. Wired to Create is built so neither side pays that price. **We turn creatives into businesses, and make businesses more creative.** We’re a creative house. We start and own ventures like Karo and Korp, partner with a few exceptional creatives like Prince Kim, and step inside established companies to lead the work with them. All of it runs on one set of capabilities, led by people and extended by AI, and every method that works is kept for the next thing we build. Korp is the proof: it began as the CRM we built for Karo’s sales team, another team asked for it, and on September 1, 2026 it launched as a product of its own, with its first customer signed. And we build toward the day the people we build with don’t need us.

## A line is a dot that went for a walk.

Paul Klee taught it at the Bauhaus and published it in his Pedagogical Sketchbook in 1925. Abe Vizcarra, a long-term collaborator of the house, built the direction for our mark on it. This is how we read the mark today.

- **The dot**: One step: one idea, one shoot, one decision, made with focus.
- **The line**: The step, taken again. A dot repeated becomes a line, the way a step repeated becomes a method. Mostly small steps, and the occasional leap.
- **The loop**: A line that comes back around and keeps going. The symbol is drawn that way: monoline loops growing out of a small one, the same shape each pass, each pass larger. It’s how the house works, drawn. [The House](https://wiredtocreate.com/the-house)
- **The wire**: The wordmark. WIRED TO CREATE runs straight through every loop, one line threaded through everything the house builds. That's the shared system, and it's the name: wired.
- **The ×**: Two lines crossing at a dot. Where two lines meet is where something new starts, which is why the house puts a × between creativity and technology. [Philosophy](https://wiredtocreate.com/philosophy)
- **Fixed to fluid**: Perfect geometry carrying the imperfection of a human hand. The system and the person, in one mark.

## Anik Devaughn

The founder. Built, not born. Dance, photography, film, music, theater, design and technology: Anik learned each one and carried it into the next. Wired to Create is what that habit looks like as a house.
