# The House: No hand-offs.

> How Wired to Create works: nine capabilities on one problem from day one, people who lead, AI that extends them, and methods that become infrastructure.

Brand helps set the strategy before the product exists. Media starts on the first day. Technology is in the design while it's being drawn, and the capital is planned around what the company is trying to become. That's where the leverage comes from.

## Everything we build gets the whole house behind it.

Karo, Korp and Prince Kim each keep their own name and their own direction. Underneath, they share the same people, technology, design, media and capital.

**People lead. AI extends.** AI agents in the house take on execution. They never own the work, the taste or the decision.

## Nine capabilities, assembled differently around each thing we build.

- Creative direction
- Brand
- Design
- Product
- Technology
- Media & narrative
- Strategy
- Operations
- Capital

None of them is a department. A brand question can pull in technology and capital on the same day.

## Where the house's methods come from.

The clearest case is the house itself. The way we first set up AI agents to write code became the method we now use for product management, marketing, copywriting and research.

- **Survives**: A process keeps working after the project it was made for has ended. We study why.
- **Repeats**: It works again somewhere else. We turn it into a system.
- **Spreads**: It keeps working across the house. It becomes infrastructure.
- **Stands alone**: It's worth something outside the house too. Then it can become a product or a venture, the way Korp did.

## Three things to know first.

- **We work across the whole.** We take on everything the problem touches. If you need a predefined asset executed, there are better companies for that.
- **We stay lean.** You get a few senior people with judgment, and the house's technology around them. We don't solve problems by adding people.
- **We build with you.** The people closest to the work stay part of it from the start. What we build should give them more say over their work.

## How it starts

- **Conversation**: You describe the problem as you see it today.
- **Diagnosis**: We find where the real problem sits.
- **Engagement**: We agree what the house brings: which people, which capabilities, for how long.
- **Build**: The work itself, alongside your team.

Engagements are scoped around the company and the problem.
