## Inside other companies first.

The industries change from row to row. The work doesn't: it's how a company makes things, and most of it includes a design system, the shared parts every product is built from.

- 2017 to 2018, Pensa: Pensa's brand identity and its interface, designed by the same hands. From the first row, brand and product were never two separate jobs.
- 2018, Keolis: Keohälsa, an ergonomics and fitness app for Keolis's bus drivers, the people who spend their whole shift in one seat. The house led the product, the design and the team, from concept to shipped app.
- 2018 to 2020, Telia: Two years of UX across Telia's Stockholm and Gothenburg teams. Along the way the house built Rapid Collaboration, an internal way of working that shortened the road from user research to shipped UX.
- 2018 to 2019, 2022, Nordea: First the mortgage calculator, redesigned for the moment a household works out what it can borrow. Then, in 2022, UX lead on the flows a bank can't get wrong: know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, transaction monitoring and sanctions, across Stockholm and Oslo.
- 2021, Svea: Helped lay the foundation of Svea's design system, and designed its mobile apps. The house also moved Svea's entire design organization from Adobe XD to Figma, from the library architecture to teaching the team.
- 2021, Medicheck: Lead design on Medicheck's mobile app. One design system, built in Figma, carried its look and its UX across iOS and Android.
- 2021 to 2023, 3M: Three 3M products, designed from Stockholm with teams in New York and Minnesota. Filtrete's connected-air product and its move from Sketch to Figma; the design system for RSAM, 3M's Roadway Safety Asset Manager; and Post-it, including its Microsoft Teams integration.
- 2022, Handelsbanken: Three months to lay the foundation of Handelsbanken's in-house design system: the Figma architecture, the design tokens, the component standards and the plan to roll it out across the bank.
- 2023, PostNord: Riktiga Vykort, PostNord's app for sending real postcards from a phone, on iOS and Android. The house led the interface and a design system built on tokens, which gave engineering a clean handoff from design to code.
- 2023 to 2024, Swedbank: Lead UX on a product team inside one of Sweden's largest banks. The house owned the flows end to end, added to the bank's design system, and got product, engineering and compliance behind them.
- 2023 to 2026, DeGaming: A partnership that began with the founding team. Anik joined as Head of Design and led the design of the white-label iGaming platform, from the operator backend to the player's screen, Web3 layer included. He built the design system, the frontend architecture and the design team itself. Then he took on the brand, from its positioning to the booth, films, deck and merch for SBC Lisbon 2025 and ICE Barcelona 2026. Then, as Head of AI Transformation, he built how the company works with AI: the systems, the processes and the agents.
- 2025 to 2026, FenoMark Diagnostics: Clinical software that digitizes cancer diagnostics, from biopsy to result. Anik led its product design and frontend, and turned a mass-spectrometry lab workflow into screens that pathologists, lab staff and oncologists can work in. With the DevOps and backend engineers, he planned the platform's foundations and its MVP, and got the MVP shipped. Along the way he showed the team how to run lean with AI.
- 2025, Movere: Movere's brand system.
- 2026, Södra: How AI fits into the way Sweden's largest forestry cooperative runs, designs and decides. The house translated between leadership, product teams and AI specialists, and set the design direction and architecture for Södra's AI tools, inside the company and for its members.

The work for Södra and for 3M's Filtrete came through Framna, which brought the house in.
