Who we are

The company responsible for your data is Wired to Create AB, organization number 559021-6114, Stockholm, Sweden. Write to us about anything on this page at contact@wiredtocreate.com.

What we collect

  • When you write to us. Your name, your email address, the option you picked under “I am”, and your message.
  • When you sign up for field notes. Your email address, and when you signed up or left.
  • When you visit. Anonymous visit statistics from Vercel Web Analytics: the page, where you came from, your country and region, and your browser, operating system and device type. It sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you: visits are counted with a hash of the request that’s discarded after 24 hours.
  • To keep the site running and secure. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, which include IP addresses.

We don’t buy data about you, and we never sell yours.

Why we use it

  • To answer your message, and to keep the conversation going if you want it to.
  • To send you field notes, until you unsubscribe.
  • To see which pages people read, in aggregate, so we can make the site better.
  • To keep the site secure.

The legal basis

  • Answering your message: our legitimate interest in replying to someone who wrote to us, or the steps you asked for before an agreement.
  • Field notes: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, through the link in every email or by writing to us.
  • Visit statistics and security logs: our legitimate interest in a site that works and stays secure. Neither identifies you.

Who else sees it

The people at Wired to Create who handle your message or the list. And the companies that run parts of the site for us, under agreements that limit what they can do with it:

  • Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the visit statistics.
  • Resend, which delivers your message to us and sends field notes.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies today.

We plan to add Google Analytics, which does use cookies. Before we turn it on, the site will ask for your consent, and this page will say exactly what it collects.

How long we keep it

  • Your message: as long as the conversation is relevant, and no longer than 24 months after we last heard from each other. If it turns into working together, the agreement’s own records follow the law that applies to them.
  • Field notes: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a do-not-send list, so you never get another one by mistake.
  • Visit statistics: kept in aggregate only. They were never tied to you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or hand it to you in a format you can take elsewhere. You can object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@wiredtocreate.com and we’ll answer within a month.

If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters to you, for example when Google Analytics arrives, the site will tell you before it happens.
