Starting an operator got easy. Running one didn't.

Keel is built for the part after launch: the daily operating work behind an iGaming brand, which takes a team of specialists most operators can't afford to build.

Its conviction is that software should do that work itself. So Keel runs the operation on specialized AI agents, one for each job. The first five are named on keelservices.com: CRM, fraud and risk, customer support, payments, and business intelligence.

People stay in charge of what matters. They set the limits and sign off on the decisions; the agents carry out the rest and hand the work from one specialist to the next. That's how a small crew can carry more than one brand.

The name is the idea. A keel is the backbone under the waterline: out of sight, it keeps the ship upright and holds its course.
